DESCRIPTION 
As part of a larger campus master plan centered on providing for the continuum of care with a stronger emphasis in rehab care, a 27,115 sq. ft. wellness center was constructed to serve both campus resident and the larger community. While this project was not approved for moratorium exception, the efficient planning process created a successful solution to execute in phases under state construction limits.  The wellness center includes:
  • Fitness Center / Therapy
  • Smoothie Bar
  • Respite Program
  • Yoga & Dance Studio
  • Therapy Program
  • Adult Day Center
  • Heated Pool
  • Education Program
