DESCRIPTION
Executed in 4 phases over 3 years, the $13M repositioning of this existing care center sought to enhance quality of life with privacy, increased therapy program and personalized living. The completed project included:
- Addition of a large chapel
- New 3,000 sf in-patient/out-patient therapy space
- 19-bed addition to increase the number of private rooms in facility
- New dining rooms
- Renovated lobby, offices and gathering spaces
- Renovated kitchen and laundry spaces
