DESCRIPTION 
What began as a moratorium exception proposal written by our team has now reached conclusion of a $20 million construction project. Geared towards expanding the services, programming and quality of life offered to residents, Mount Olivet Careview Home has completed a 5-story addition that will serve not only their existing residents, but offer new services to the surrounding community.  

This dynamic project sought to address the following goals:
  • Increase private rooms
  • Expand rehab care
  • Create a new memory care unit
  • Expand therapy program for residents and community clients
  • Enhance quality of life through new dining, activity and spa-like bathing
  • Create a roof-top garden for memory care
  • Improve administrative and back-of-house kitchen areas
